What happens if I add statements to a framework that I am already using?

Adding statements from an assessment framework that is already in use.

Statements can be added to any assessment framework on SOLAR however we always recommend making changes prior to using a framework.

If you have already started using a framework then there are some important things that you need to know.

Baselines

If you have baselined a pupil at P4 but then you add more statements into this level these new statements will not be completed and you will therefore lose the baseline. 

To correct this you will need to clear the level and re-baseline

Assessment

If a pupil is currently at P4+5% and you then add statements into any of the lower levels then the pupil may regress as they may no longer have the 80% required in a lower level. 

If you decide to go ahead and add additional statements in a framework that you have already baselined and/or done assessment in you can run the levels report see which of your pupils are affected.
