Why can't I upload pictures or videos from my Apple device into SOLAR?

Issues uploading pictures into SOLAR from an iPad

This issue is caused by Apple devices defaulting to the highest resolution possible which creates large file sizes that you will have difficulty uploading into SOLAR when connected to WIFI 

To amend the resolution default on your Apple device firstly press settings:

Then scroll down the page and click on Camera:

Finally switch off Auto HDR:

Any photos taken now will upload easily into SOLAR even if you have a poor WIFI connection.
