How to a set or amend multiple baselines at once?

Setting Multiple Baselines

If you wish to set multiple baselines for a pupil or class click 'View Baselines' on the top right-hand side of the assessment screen.

Enter your baselines and chose the correct academic year:

Then at the bottom of the page click 'Submit'

Amending Multiple Baselines

If wish to amend a pupil's baselines you can now do this from the 'View Baselines' screen. Firstly select the new baselines from the drop-down.

SOLAR will then bring up a clear level button as the old baseline and any progress before the new baseline must be cleared. 

The reason previous data must be cleared is that a baseline is a pupil's starting point so they should not have any other data. Once the levels are cleared and a new baseline is set the pupil will then work forward from this new starting point.

Click 'Clear Levels' and wait for the 'Please Wait' message to disappear.

Please note if you select 'Clear Levels' this cannot be undone.

You can now select the new baseline level from the drop-down and click 'Submit'
