What is PEEP and how do I use it?

PEEP (Pupil Emergency Evacuation Plan) lets your school create an emergency evacuation plan for each pupil. The plan lists all the specialist equipment, processes and staff the pupil needs in an emergency.

PEEP is included at no extra cost for all schools on full TrackAble. It is not available on TrackAble Lite.

Switching PEEP on

Go to Admin > Permissions and turn on PEEP for the staff roles that need it.

Adding your school plans (one-off set-up)

Go to Admin > Settings > School Information and add your school's floor plan and emergency evacuation plan. These will then show in every PEEP you create.

Creating a PEEP

Click the PEEPS icon on the assessment screen
Click Add Peep
Choose a pupil and fill in all the relevant sections for that pupil
Click Save

Printing, emailing or saving as a PDF

Click Show File.

To email it, enter the email address and click Go
To print it or save it as a PDF, click Print/PDF, then choose your printer or Save as PDF from the destination box

Viewing all PEEPs

Click List Peeps. From here you can view, edit or archive PEEPs, and search the list by pupil name or keyword.

I can't see the PEEPS icon

Ask your TrackAble admin to check that PEEP is switched on for your role in Admin > Permissions. If your school is on TrackAble Lite, PEEP isn't included.
