What is PEEP and how do I use it?

PEEP or Pupil Emergency Evacuation Plan is a new feature where schools can create an emergency evacuation plan for each pupil that lists all specialist equipment, processes and staff required to support the pupil in an emergency.

To access this feature click on the PEEPS icon on the assessment screen:

Click 'Add Peep'

Choose a pupil and complete all the relevant sections for that pupil.

Click 'Save'

To Print/Email/Save as PDF click 'Show File'

To to send the file by email enter the email address and click 'Go'.

To print the file or save as a PDF click 'Print/PDF'

Then choose your printer or 'Save as PDF' from the destination box.

To view all of the PEEPS click 'List Peeps'

From this screen, you can view, edit or archive PEEPS.

The list of PEEPS can also be searched by pupil name or keyword.

If your school has added the school plan and evacuation plan then these will display in all PEEPS.
