How Do I Set Up 2 Factor Authentication

To add 2 Factor Authentication to your SOLAR log in details click the 2FA icon on the assessment screen:

Then click on 'Generate Secret Key to Enable 2FA:

Download an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, open the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Search for the specific app you want (e.g., "Google Authenticator" or "Microsoft Authenticator"). Tap on the app and then "Install" or "Get". Once downloaded, you'll need to open the app and follow any instructions to set up your accounts.

Scan the QR Code displayed in SOLAR and your authenticator app will provide you with a pin number to enter into the 'Authenticator Code' field.

Click Enable 2FA.
