What is included in the Pupil Profile Report?

Pupil Profile Report

This report shows in each assessment framework and each subject the pupils:

• Current Level
• Progress so far this year 
• Progress in Key Stage
• Term, Year and Key Stage Target 
• A list of their IEP’s
• A list of their interventions

There are also several additional boxes for schools to add comments on attendance, attitude to learning, and additional information.

The Pupil Profile report was designed to be sent home to parents at the end of the term or academic year. The report can be run for a year or a date range.

Exclude Progress Figures

If you do not want to include progress figures, tick 'Exclude Progress Figures'. The report will then show a coloured box to show where the pupil is in relation to their targets: Red = Below, Amber = Just Below, Green = On Target or Blue = Exceeding.

Exclude Targets

The pupil's targets will be dropped from the report when 'Exclude Targets' is selected.

Exclude IEP/EHCP

If you do not wish to include the pupil's IEP or EHCP targets tick 'Exclude IEP/EHCP'

Exclude Interventions

If you do not want the pupil's interventions to be included in the report tick 'Exclude Interventions'.

The Pupil Profile Report can be viewed on-screen, exported to PDF or exported into Word.
