What does the Pupil Report show?

The Pupil Report shows all the information that is held in the pupil's record.

This report can be viewed on screen or exported to excel.

The pupil report is needed if you want us to import ay new pupils and update your classes at the beginning of the school year.

To do this you would firstly export the report to excel.

You would then need to update column 'M' with your pupil's new tutor groups.

Next you can add any new pupils who are joining the school the bottom of the list.

Then password protect the file and send to our helpdesk at support@solarforschools.org.uk.

For safeguarding purposes please send us the password on a separate email.
