Behaviour Report (Incidents Report)

This report provides: -

Total number of incidents

Total with a behaviour plan

Total number of incidents involving teachers

Number and percentage by: overview, time, location, severity, physical Intervention and teacher

For either single pupils, a group of pupils or all pupils

You can also focus this report by: days of the week, overviews, times, locations, level of severity, types of intervention, teachers involved and behaviour plans by key stage, year group, tutor group or pupil. A sample is shown below:
