What does the Behaviour Report show?

Behaviour Report (Incidents Report)

This report provides: -

Total number of incidents

Total with a behaviour plan

Total number of incidents involving teachers

Number and percentage by: overview, time, location, severity, physical Intervention and teacher

For either single pupils, a group of pupils or all pupils

Focus The Report Using SOLAR's Standard Options

You can focus this report by: days of the week, overviews, times, locations, level of severity, types of intervention, teachers involved and behaviour plans by key stage, year group, tutor group or pupil. A sample is shown below:

Focus The Report On Your School's Custom Focus Areas

If you have created custom focus areas in Behaviour Settings then these options will appear in the list when you select 'Focus Report'. When you select one of the custom focus areas your custom drop-down options will appear in the 'Equals' dropdown for you to select one specific option of all.

The Behaviour Report can be viewed on-screen or exported to pdf
