How do I view/edit school information?

School Information Settings

In Settings>School Information you can add/update or remove your school logo.  Your school logo is included in any reports that you print or e-mail on SOLAR. 

You can select your main school type from the drop-down menu that fits the majority of the pupils in your school. We unequivocally do not share this information with other schools.

You also have the facility to turn on and off the displaying of pupils’ UPNs on files and reports.

You can also select the pupil photo option which will add an additional field in the Pupil record for you to upload a photo of the pupil.  If you do this their photo will be displayed at the top of the assessment screen. Don’t forget to click save if you make any changes.

There are 2 boxes for you to import your school's floor plan and emergency evacuation plan which will then be displayed in your Pupil's Emergency Evacuation Plans. For information on how to create PEEPS for your pupils click here.
