How do I use the Behaviour Feature on SOLAR?
Using the Behaviour Feature
SOLAR comes with a standard behaviour form for schools to use. However, it is noted that schools have different requirements when it comes to recording behaviour incidents and therefore in SOLAR you can: -
- Set different permissions for User Groups.
- Rename the Behaviour module to, for example, Incidents.
- Rename some of the fields in the incident form.
- Switch off some of the standard incident fields
- Add Custom Fields to the incident form.
These options form part of the SOLAR Administrator’s function and each of these is described in more detail below.
Access to the Behaviour module is determined by their user profile which is set by the SOLAR Administrator in the school.
If you need to access any of the Behaviour functions and you cannot do so with your current user profile, please contact your school’s SOLAR Administrator.
Listed below are the permissions that a user can be given within the Behaviour module in SOLAR.
Click BEHAVIOUR on the left-hand menu of the assessment screen.
You can produce Behaviour Reports in SOLAR. Click here for more information on the Behaviour Report and here for more information on the Behaviour Summary report.
